Onsite Performance Coaching
One-on-one strength & performance coaching, delivered where you train.
Performance coaching sessions are conducted either at your gym or at Jalil’s training location. These are hands-on, individualized sessions focused on improving how you move, lift, and apply strength.
Training emphasis may include:
