WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

When speaking with your massage therapist, your therapist will ask you "what is your session goal for today?"
You will be instructed to undress to YOUR comfort level. After Your therapist finishes their intake and addresses your customized session needs. Your therapist will instruct you to undress to your comfort level and lay on the table either face up or face down under the sheets and covers. 
During the session, your therapist will check in with you regarding pressure and areas of tenderness. 
Remember your session time is about YOU! During this time, be sure to communicate with your therapist about areas you would like more or less pressure.

WHY SHOULD I USE HOT STONES?

Hot stones are used to be able to warm and loosen areas of tight restricted muscles. Hot stones are not for everyone. Make sure to check with your therapist to see if hot stones would be helpful for you.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF MASSAGE?

Massage provides a moment for you to slow down and take care of yourself. During our busy lives we tend to forget how our bodies feel. Massage help your body to release a blend of endorphins; Serotonin, Dopamine, Oxytocin. This nature response, allows your body to heal and recover whether you are battling, stress, anxiety or pain.
